Shipping policy
Free tracked shipping across Canada
Every price on Lapwell includes shipping. There's nothing extra to pay at checkout.
Where we ship
We currently ship to all provinces and territories in Canada.
How long it takes
- Processing: 1–3 business days to prepare your order.
- Delivery: usually 5–10 business days after it ships. Remote and northern addresses can take a little longer.
Your order ships from our fulfilment partner's international warehouse, and it is delivered in Canada by a local carrier, such as Canada Post.
Tracking
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Tracking can take 2–4 business days to start showing updates.
Duties and taxes
Your price includes shipping, and we cover any import duties or fees on your order. If a carrier ever asks you to pay something on delivery, keep your receipt and email us. We'll refund it.
Wrong address
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us before your order ships and we'll fix it.
Delays or lost parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days, or tracking hasn't updated in 15 business days, contact us and we'll send a new one or refund you in full.
